Wepa,
Mi resoluci�n para este a�o es prepararme para correr el Leadville 100. (Life's short!)  Estamos haciendo un grupo (m�ximo 6) para enviar la solicitud grupal a ver si tenemos suerte de salir seleccionados. Hasta ahora somos tres(3).
Todav�a no han posteado el costo de inscripci�n ni las solicitudes. Pero creo que hay tiempo para prepararse en caso de ser seleccionados. (Si alguien tiene una pala pa' entrar, nos avisan) 
Esto va en serio. Si salimos seleccionados, no vamos a hacer el rid�culo... es a entrenar...!

LEADVILLE TRAIL 100 MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE
DATE: August 14, 2010 START TIME: 6:30 AM
EVENT FEE: $TBD
Applications will be available to download from this page in late December, 2009.
Keep checking.
Entries must include signed waiver and full payment.
Absolutely no refunds or transfers once entry is accepted.
Entries will be limited and determined by lottery. Entries must be received by Jan. 31 for lottery participation. Confirmations will be mailed by February 12. Unsuccessful entries will be returned. We do not keep a waiting list.
Group entries are limited to 6; send group entries together in one envelope.
USA CYCLING:
This is a USA CYCLING sanctioned race. USA Cycling rules apply with some exceptions. Due to the extreme nature of this race, USA Cycling points are not awarded.
(Photo ID required at check-in. All racers will be required to sign an additional USA Cycling release and waiver.)
EVENT
DESCRIPTION:
50 miles out and back. Start/Finish in the heart of Leadville @ 10,200�. 90%+ dirt or double track dirt roads. Steep climbs: serious descents. 7 mile climb to the 50 mile turnaround at 12,600 ft. Approximately 14,000� elevation gain. Greater than 65% average finish rate under the 12 hour limit. Excellent support stations.
AWARDS:
Race mementos and t-shirts to all entrants. Under 9 hours � handcrafted gold and silver trophy belt buckle, under 12 hours � handcrafted silver belt buckle. A medal to all finishers and a hooded sweatshirt to finishers under 12 hours. Fantastic awards for gender and age group top finishers. Unique ore cart trophy to the first male and female finisher. Awards ceremony Sunday. |

Chico todavia no... el sorteo lo hacen a fin de mes... me entero en Febrero cuando le den el tablazo de $275 a la tarjeta de cr�dito... 
Si te cobran quiere decir que entraste. (Obvio que te dejar�n saber por email pero es otra manera de darte cuenta si hay algun delay en el aviso)
Una de las pocas ocasiones en que brincar�, saltar� y me arrastrar� por el piso cuando me cobren...

Contra, esa no la sab�a. S� estuve viendo la p�gina de CTS pero no habia visto eso. Como quiera tengo que esperar al sorteo para registrarme. Ser�a un "must" ese campamento.
Creo que voy a tener que ir buscando auspiciadores... se me est� saliendo de budget con la estad�a extendida |

suerte en Leadville pero tambien hay un grupo formandose para BC Bike Race en Canada son 7 dias de carrera y sera el ultimo weekend de junio.
pd se van como $2000 plus |
