Negrito, para este tiempo debes estar haciendo mucho kilometraje, y sabados y domingos metido en el monte haciendo kilometraje. Una buena dosis de squats tambien te har� bien, pero, sin maltratarte. En fin, si vas a la carrera, ve a dizfrutarla y no a destruirte. Es mi mejor consejo.
